Shipping, Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We aim to process and ship all orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and supplier delays. We will communicate any delays with you.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with your tracking number.
TRACKED ORDERS
After dispatch you will get a tracking code emailed to you so you can follow your order's full journey.
POSTAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Royal Enfield Parts Australia is dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience to ensure you receive your order as fast & efficient as possible.
However, in the circumstance that your order is returned, or if no one is at the address at the time of delivery, or the address details were incorrect, Royal Enfield Parts Australia can not be held liable for any lost postage (although we will try and help you as much as we can to resolve any issues).
If you need to return any items the cost for re-delivery will be at the customers charge.
RETURNS
At Royal Enfield Parts Australia, we understand that shopping online can be a risk if you are not certain of sizing, models, compatibility etc. We are happy to help you throughout this process, so please get in contact with us to assist you in making the right choice in products prior to purchase.
In the event that you need to return an item to us you have 30 days to return these items.

Items must be in original 'as new' condition to receive a refund or exchange, and shipping costs for returns or exchanges is at the buyers expense.
Please note that due to safety regulations, helmets cannot be returned.
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
